Bulletin "VESTNIK" - the scientific journal of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic was recognized as the best scientific journal in the competition of periodicals of the EAEU.
The main goal of the bulletin is to provide a dialogue platform for solving urgent economic problems through the integration of scientific research of Kyrgyz and foreign scientists. In 2015, Vestnik APAPKR became a laureate of the "University book of Eurasia" – 1st International competition of educational and scientific publications of higher-educational institutions, scientific organizations and professional educational organizations, and took the 1st place in the nomination "The best serial and periodical publication". This was announced in an official letter of Dr., Prof. V.A. Nikulin - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Chairman of the Competition Commission, Rector of “KIGIT”, founder and president of the Foundation named after M. Petrov.
APAPKR Bulletin has been published since 2002. The chief editor is the rector of APAPKR.
APAPKR Bulletin is included in the List of Leading Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journals and Publications of Higher Attestation Commission, in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Doctor and Candidate of Sciences should be published.
