GOAL: Increasing the capacity of local communities and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to use affordable green technologies for water, energy, and agricultural production.

OBJECTIVES:

  • To conduct community needs assessments in the Andijan, Fergana, Namangan, Navoi, and Samarkhand regions of Uzbekistan. 
  • To implement six accessible and affordable green technologies and practices based on the needs assessments. 
  • To educate local communities on the use and production of affordable green technologies/practices and to build the capacity of NGOs to use these technologies and train future users.
