The Global Mentorship Program is a 6-month virtual program aimed at building collaborative and cross-generational relationships between emerging young conservation leaders and senior conservation professionals. It does so by pairing young conservation leaders under 35 years of age with senior conservation professionals with at least 10 years of experience in a related field in conservation for a structured six-month inter-generational dialogue.
